Great to see Jose back in the lineup Tuesday, as the
Mets overcame the Card 4-2.
Jose was 2-5 and made a fantastic play in the 8th to save a run. Even after missing 12 games, Reyes is still on top of the NL in hitting.
Beltran was back from the flu and also had a good game. Sadly, these may be his last games as a Met but the team seems intent on keeping Jose through the remainder of the season.
We'll be out at Citi Field tonight as our 15-game plan resumes after a long break. We have two games in August, then FIVE in September, including two day games. Maybe we'll see you out there tonight!
