Less than a year after hitting his children's grandfather, K-Rod is now hitting the road.

The K-Rod era ended after the All-Star game last night, with our closer and his contract heading to the Brewers
for players to be named whenever

Bobby Parnell now assumes the role of Met closer, a lofty title held by many greats: Tug, Skip Lockwood, Jesse Orosco, Johnny F, Armando B and many other greats.

So was this just a contract dump or is the fire sale about to begin? Many believe Carlos Beltran is right behind him. Whither Pelfrey? Whither Reyes? What do you think? Methinks Citi Field is going to be alot quieter the rest of the year.
