And so the 2010 season ends, with a wimp.

Truth be told, this team became impossible to watch several months ago, shortly after Beltran and Castillo made their forced return into the starting lineup.

Instead of venting baseball bile, though, I want to raise a toast to the lone bright spot of 2010: Robert Alan Dickey. Things could have been much, much worse without him. RA Dickey was 11 - 9, with a 2.84 ERA. 104 strikeouts (against 42 walks) and two complete shutouts. Loge13 hopes he gets the money he wants and that he stays away from the Mets medical staff.

I'll take care of that aforementioned bile later in the off-season. The Kingman Clan has some serious thinking to do. Meanwhile the Mets sent this around during the weekend. I wonder if Jerry or Omar will be applying?
