Lots of out-of-town action for Loge13'ers this weekend.

First, old friend (and Loge13 original) Ross Jones texted me from the Cubs/Sox game Sunday night at 9:24, saying "Both pitchers throwing a you know what after five."

Of course, it didn't happen but Gavin Floyd and Ted Lilly toyed with no hitters, with Lilly getting to the 9th in the Cubs 1-0 victory.

Meanwhile, Loge13 Godfather Ron Hunt travelled to Baltimore Friday to see the Orioles take on the Yankees Friday and our boys Saturday. His report and photos below:

Had a great weekend in Baltimore. Brought home a Mets win and a Yankee loss, what could be wrong.

Oriole Park is a really nice place, Eutow Street with the old B&O warehouse, Boog's BBQ, Attman's Deli, is wonderful but the stadium showing her age as the leader in this retro-park evolution that it started. Good thing they recently brought back a person involved in the beginning to revisit the park. The sad thing is that these great fans are being abused by management and the team on the field. The ultimate indignity is all the Yankee and Met fans that overshadow the home team's presence. Felt close to a home game.
