Of course, on our first trip to Citi Field today, we could not wait to check out our new seats in Promenade Box 427.

The verdict: pretty good. Of course, we were spoiled for 24 years in Loge13, close to the action behind 1st base. Now we're in the equivalent of a Mezzanine box in short left field. Our row is odd in that you don't descend any stairs to go down. It is on the same level as the concourse, so there is the possibility that folks could stand behind us (briefly). The seats themselves are wider, although as Ron Hunt observed, the armrests are shorter. Our seats also have limited sightlines, in that we cannot see the left field line from about 20 feet behind third base all the way into the corner. Here is some silent video I took from Prom 427:
