In Loge13, I'm starting to collect visual artifacts. I'm in my advanced late 30's but the old noggin is already starting to forget things, like birthdays, kids names, the Mets starting baseman, opening day 1983 - you know, the important stuff.

In June, I wanted to get some video of the Home Run Apple actually going up and down. I trained my camera on the Apple before each Met came up to the plate. Fortunately, it didn't take too long. Here is Shea Stadium's Home Run Apple recognizing David Wright's second home run of the night, June 25, 2008, against the Seattle Mariners:
