It is Jets night at Shea Stadium. The original night was rained out in May (when we had tickets in Loge13).

I’ve written alot about Jets history at Shea. That includes my eyewitness account of the great Flying Lawnmower Catastrophe of 1979.

The Jets have also suddenly gotten nostalgic over Shea. So much so that they are selling Jets/Shea gear right now on the Jets Shop site. Leon Hess would be proud.
