As Rickey mentioned, they conveniently omitted the starting price for seats in the Promenade level (i.e., the New Upper Deck). They also do not yet provide any info on partial plans.

I guess the equivalent would be the Exelcsior level, with seats starting at $75.

Remarkable how many seats at Citi Field will be in fair territory. When Shea opened in 1964, just a small slice of seats were in fair territory. The bleachers in left field were added much later. That's already one big improvement.

I wonder if they will even have partial plans. Luckily we will be able to shell out $75 a game to watch them choke in real style.
