GlavineA-Rod did not hit his 500th home run. hank Aaron is still the HR champ. And Tom Glavine only has 299 career wins.

Glavine pitched well enough to win Tuesday night against the brewers. he allowed only 2 hits and 1 run over 6 innings and left with a 2–1 lead.

But Felliciano and Mota gave back a run in the 8th and it would take 13 innings for Milwaukee to prevail 4–2.

Not much to really say. The 4–8 holes in the line-up were awful, going 3 for 25. Milledge made a few great catches in extra innings to keep the Mets in the game but he went 0–6.

Ross Jones was at the game and will post a write-up later today. We presume he will be in Wrigley Field Sunday night when Glavine goes for 300 again.
