Rolling-Stones-Shea-Stadium-1989-408934Back in May, Loge13 told you about an auction for a genuine promotional poster for the Beatles 1966 concert at Shea.

Here’s another, more reasonably priced auction for Shea Stadium rock & roll memorabilia.  ROLLING STONES Shea Stadium 1989 (Rare 1989 US Fruit Of The Loom CREW-ONLY round necked, long sleeved, black cotton/polyester sweatshirt with ribbed collar & cuffs. The shirt was only issued to crew members at the Shea Stadium gig and features a red embroidered 'Fox at The Rolling Stones Shea Stadium 1989' on the on the left breast. An outstanding Stonessweatshirtunworn garment which is not only of the highest quality, but was never available to buy as merchandise. Size - XXL).

It will only cost you $70 to wear what a very large roadie would have worn during the Stones October 1989 stint at Shea.

BTW here’s the setlist for the first night of that two-night stay at Shea.
